1 | tsp | Dr. oetker brunkage powder |
1.25 | dl | Glögg or dry red wine |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | bags | Dr. oetker choco chips |
2 | bags | Dr. oetker Walnut kernels |
200 | g | Soft butter |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
4 | Eggs |
Instructions for Glögg-muffins
To prepare the Glögg-muffins recipe, please follow these instructions:
Grovhak three walnuts with a knife. SKIL æggenen. Whip æggehiderne stiff with a mixer at the highest step, set the visible cut fixed. Got the butter and sugar in a bowl and whisk it vigorously with a mixer until butter cream is light. Add the egg yolks and whisk to a smooth and uniform mass vidre. Mix flour with baking powder, brunkage spice, cocoa powder and choco chips and stir it-alternating with glögg/red wine in the cream. Add the first 1/3 of the beaten egg whites, then rest and mix well. Fill the dough into muffin moulds to just below the edge with a spoon and behind them.
