250gWheat flour
300gMargarine
300gSugar
4Eggs
8tspAlmond essence

Instructions for Gingerbread / Greencake

To prepare the Gingerbread / Greencake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Margarine and sugar are stirred together. The eggs are added one at a time, then flour mixed with baking soda.
Add maneless soda followed by fruit color and finally boiling water while stirring.
Pour into a greased form (1/2 frying pan size) and baking at 180 g. For approx. 40 min.
