2 | dl | White wine or apple cider |

To prepare the Ginger with delicious sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil sugar and water, ginger for a steady amount and cool. Whip the eggs into the sugar layer until it is foamed and add the milk and let it boil. Cool in water bath and stir occasionally. Whip the cream and turn it carefully into the cream. Get in the form and freezer for 5-6 hours.
Sauce: Whip egg yolks with sugar over water bath. Add wine and whip at low heat for 6 minutes. Until the sauce is thick and creamy can be leveled with potato flour and wine. Server with ice cream and fresh fruit
