To prepare the Ginger biscuits 02 recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter and syrup together in a pan over low heat. take it off and let it cool off a bit.

(note: the dough becomes more compliant if you have the time to put it on ice in a little time before you roll the balls, but it is not necessary)
Behind the plates one at a time in a 160 degrees c. alm. oven (amid) in approximately 15-20 minutes or just until they have a nice light color. style them then gently to cool on a wire rack.
Tips:
cookies up can optionally garnish with a pattern of a little melted chocolate in a fine spray.
