1 | tsp | Vanilla |
1.25 | dl | Boiling water |
100 | g | Liquid/melted bagemargarine |
150 | g | Wheat flour |
2 | Egg yolks | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2 | Stiftpiskede egg whites | |
2 | tbsp | Hot strong coffee |
250 | g | Icing sugar |
250 | g | Sugar |
50 | g | Melted butter |
Instructions for Gerda's chocolate cake
To prepare the Gerda's chocolate cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Beat margarine, sugar and egg yolks well.
Add the flour, cacao, baking soda and vanilla.
Add the boiling water and turn the stiff whites gently in.
Place in a greased and raspet springform and bake 40-45 minutes at 150 degrees (try with a stick)
Cool cake slightly and then joined the glaze on in ample quantity.
Garnish, if desired. with kiwi, strawberries, or other.
