2 | tsp | Cute French mustard |
250 | g | Butter |
3 | clove | Garlic |
Instructions for Garlic Cream
To prepare the Garlic Cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
The butter is whipped until it is white.
Add mustard, salt and garlic.
Creme fraichen is stirred in 1 teaspoon at a time until the correct consistency is achieved (about 4 dl creme fraiche)
Leave cream in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and it is ready for use.
tips:
Is an ingenious accessory for eg. Baked potatoes instead of garlic butter.
