To prepare the GAMBAS PIL PIL (Spanish shrimp) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the prawns (not too small) in a small heat-proof Bowl (ca. 10 cm in diameter)-one bowl per person.
Put garlic into thin slices and chili pepper and sprinkle with a little salt and possibly. Cayenne Pepper (depending on how strong you want it). Olive oil is poured over, so the prawns are just covered. The bowls are put in the oven at 225-250 degrees c. alm. oven, so the oil comes to boil. Serve immediately with bread to wheat, as it dips in the oil, so you get it up.
