100gWheat flour
100gMargarine
2dlWater
4Eggs

Instructions for Galletballs - Galetballs

To prepare the Galletballs - Galetballs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Water and margarine are brought to the boil. Add the flour at once and stir well - until the dough is baked together. Put the dough for cooling. Whip the eggs together and add them one at a time. Stir the dough well in between. It must be pretty tight.

Each plate of butterdej is divided into 6 pieces - rolled out on a squared table (squares). 1 spoonful of water-baked dough is poured on each. The corners are folded together. Brush with eggs.

Baker approx. 20 min. At 200 degrees.
(The oven must NOT be opened in the first 15 minutes.)

Decorate with icing and 1 gelatinised.
