7.5 | dl | Skimmed milk |
75 | g | Margarine |
Instructions for Galettes
To prepare the Galettes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Wheat flour, corn flour and salt are mixed together. Milk and egg are added thereto.
Melt the margarine (it must be lukewarm before it is added) and pour it into the dough.
Step the pancakes with, if necessary. Little butter on the forehead.
Finally add the desired fill.
