Instructions for Fynske klatkager
To prepare the Fynske klatkager recipe, please follow these instructions:
Put the oatmeal in soft and cream milk. 1/4 hour. Whip the egg lightly together. Stir it together with sugar, salt and lemon peel. Let the dough rest approx. ½ hour before baking.
Heat the pan and put some butter or margarine on. The cakes are put on a spoon and baked on even heat on both sides.
Accessories: Eat warm with sugar, jam or compote.
