Instructions for Fyensk Røgost
To prepare the Fyensk Røgost recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir ingredients together in a bowl and identified. Stands approximately 36 hours to warm then the milk is separated into Whey and cheese. Put a towel in a strainer and filter the whey from. The process takes about 24 hours in the refrigerator. The cheese smoked on a mesh sieve (ca. 19 in diameter) with not-too-small holes. As fuel is used rughalm and nettles. Røgtid ca. 15 min. Use EVS. eye-bucket without bottom as an oven.
Served on rye bread, sprinkled with Caraway.
