Ingredients for Fruit Snail
0.75 | tsp | Coarse salt |
1 | tbsp | Cane sugar |
1.5 | dl | Water |
100 | g | Fromage frais (3%) |
100 | g | Frozen raspberries |
25 | g | Yeast |
25 | g | Butter |
275 | g | Wheat flour |
3 | Mashed bananas | |
60 | g | Coarse cereal (about 1 dl) |
Instructions for Fruit Snail
To prepare the Fruit Snail recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter in a saucepan and add the water.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and dissolve the yeast.
Add the other ingredients, but hold some of the flour.
Beat the dough well together.
Cover the bowl with, for example, a lid and style the dough to raise a loose place for approx. 1 hour.
Put the dough on a spun table and knead it well.
Add if necessary. The rest of the flour.
Roll the dough into an elongated plate (about 30 x 50).
Mash the bananas and butter them on the dough. -load approx. 4 cm be free from the top of the long joint.
Distribute the raspberries over the bananas and sprinkle with sugar.
Roll the dough together, up against the free piece, as for roulade and cut it into 12 slices of approx. 4 cm.
Lay the snails on a baking sheet with baking paper and press them a little flat.
Leave the fruit snails to adhere to the cover for approx. 15 min.
Bake at 225C degrees in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes.
tips:
Instead of raspberries you can also use strawberries, blackberries, or whatever you like. Dried fruit can also be used. Just not liquid-like fruit like orange, kiwi, etc.
