Instructions for Fruit Mousse
To prepare the Fruit Mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:
Eggs and sugar are whipped light and airy. The soaked melted gélatine is added to the fruit puree, turned into the eggshell. Then stir the whipped cream and whip egg whites in and the mousse is poured into potion glass, cooled. For dining, decorate with fruit and cream.
For fruit mousse, the following fruits are suitable: strawberries, raspberries, ribs, blackcurrants, gooseberries, blackberries, cranberries, blueberries and mixed orange fillets as well as lemon, grape and pumpkin mushrooms. Diced fruit from pears, apples and bananas, etc. (Should be blended with a little lemon juice for darkening) are also suitable, but should be added a little liquor or liqueur.
