To prepare the Fruit dessert (raw food) recipe, please follow these instructions:
Fruit Dessert:
Diced pineapple, banana and raspberries. Cake: 1 bag of almonds foodprocesses for coarse flour, fresh dates added until it hangs together. Can be shaped into balls coconut or carob or squeezed at the bottom of a pie shape. Upside down sliced bananas or other fruit, and on top.
Cashewcreme:
Cashew nuts (unsalted!) Blend with orange juice and vanilla.
Instead of sliced bananas or other fruit, bananis can be placed on the bottom shortly before serving, preferably in a variety of berries to give color contrast to the cashew cream. The bottom can be frozen.
