Coconut or chopped almonds | ||

100 | g | Peeled almonds |
100 | g | Sun dried cranberries or raisins |
100 | g | Dried dates without stone |
100 | g | Dried figs |
125 | g | Dark chocolate |
2 | tbsp | Honey |
Instructions for Frugtæg
To prepare the Frugtæg recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the almonds, dates, figs and cranberries finely, like in a food processor. Stir the fruit together with honey and lemon juice and shape it for eggs. Dip the eggs one at a time, in melted chocolate and put them on a plate with wax paper. Sprinkle with toppings and let the chocolate harden.
Tips:
You can omit the chocolate and just twiddle the eggs in coconut.
