½ | dl | Sugar (preferably cane sugar) |
1 | dl | Acaciehonning el. maple syrup |
1 | l | Yoghurt naturel |
3 | Pasteurized egg whites |
Instructions for Frozen Yogurt
To prepare the Frozen Yogurt recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix half of the yogurt with honey and vanilla and sinks in a sieve with a clean cloth for 12 hours in the refrigerator. Then, drain the drained yogurt with the rest of the yogurt. Egg whites and sugar whip the pin and then gently turn the yogurt into a bowl and place in the freezer . Should be stirred for approx. Every 2 hours until stiff, so the ice's consistency becomes the best
