To prepare the Frogs ' legs, deep-fried recipe, please follow these instructions:
Thaw the frogs ' legs. Stir in oil, salt and garlic pressed together. The frogs ' legs are pulled in this ca. 30 min.
Low in the meantime the dough: stir the flour with salt, milk and sour cream. Whisk the egg in. Let dough to rest.
Heat The Oil.
Take the frogs ' legs out of the marinade and dry them with paper towels, turn them into the dough. Increased the frogs ' legs a few pieces at a time for about 6 minutes, until golden and tender. Put them on fat-absorbent paper and keep warm. When all the frogs ' legs are fried, served on a platter.
Garnish with fried parsley and lemon both.
Frog legs can be served with a good salad and tomato sauce or garlic sauce.
