To prepare the Fried steak wellington recipe, please follow these instructions:
The steaks are browned on a glow pan in a little oil. Cooled off.
Filling:
The mushrooms are cleaned and chopped. They brush on the forehead in the excess fat. When they do not give more moisture pour the cream over and boil down to the leveler. Cool.
The butter dough is easily rolled to fit 2 steaks per. roll. Add the mushroom fillet to the butter dough and put the buffalo on it. The edges are lubricated with coke eggs and the packages are closed. Shipped with the collection down.
