To prepare the Fried salmon with sugar and potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:
Pil the potatoes and cut them into slices. Wash the lemons, peel them thinly and squeeze the juice off. Cut the peel into strips and mix with juice and oil. Add spices. Pour the sauce over the potatoes and stir around.
Clean and cook the sugar peas in slightly leaky water. Cool quickly in cold water, so they retain color and crispness.
Grill or peel the salmon slices on a pan with a little butter. Step 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Warm the sugar peas in a little melted butter.
Serve freshly sliced salmon slices with sugar peas and potato salad. The potato salad can be served cold or hot. Both sugar and salad can be heated in the microwave. Sweet pepper full-cooked 2-3 minutes, potato salad salad 3-4 minutes.
