2 | tsp | Baking soda |
2- 3 | tbsp | Game boiling water |
200 | g | Sugar |
25 | g | Desiccated coconut |
250 | g | Icing sugar |
250 | g | Butter |
3 | Egg yolks | |

300 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Fried pancake with coconut flour
To prepare the Fried pancake with coconut flour recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter and sugar stir well, add the eggs one at a time and stir well between each and add the egg yolks and stir well. Bring the coconut flour and raisins to the flour mixed with the baking soda. It is stirred alternately with the milk. The egg whites are whipped stiff and eventually turned in. Fill the dough in a frying pan that is coated with baking paper. Pour the cake on the next slant in the oven at 190 degrees for approx. 20 min. Cool the cake on a baking tray and coat it with icing, sprinkle with coconut flour. The cake is cut into suitable pieces.
