100 | g | Desiccated coconut |
2 | Apples | |
2 | tsp | Baking soda |
25 | g | Hazelnuts |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
250 | g | Butter |
250 | g | Sugar |
3 | Eggs | |
7 | tbsp | Apricot jam |
Instructions for Fried pancake with apple
To prepare the Fried pancake with apple recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the margarine and sugar well together. Stir the eggs at one time. Stir milk alternately with coconut flour, flour and baking soda.
Bring half of the dough into a well-baked pan (30x20 cm). Distribute the apricot marmalade and cover with the rest of the dough.
Peel the apples, cut them both and put them on top of the dough. Sprinkle with cinnamon, teaspoons and chopped nuts.
Bake at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 45 min.
The cake may be. freeze.
