Instructions for Fried eel with boiled potatoes
To prepare the Fried eel with boiled potatoes recipe, please follow these instructions:
Clean, rinse, salt, rinse and wipe the eels. Cut them into approximately 8 cm long pieces. Turn them in flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
