To prepare the Freshman Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is stirred in a little milk. The rest of the milk is lunes and poured with yeast and salt. The flour is added gradually until the dough is appropriate. The dough is covered well and rests approx. 20 minutes. Now split the dough into two portions, each of which is shaped into a round bread. The bread is placed on the plate, well covered and raised 1 hour. They brush with a little milk, sprinkle with flour and scratch with a sharp knife knife. The bread is baked at 225 degrees for about 25 minutes.
