Instructions for Freshly cooked mussels
To prepare the Freshly cooked mussels recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil the brine: in a large pot boil the finely chopped onions, minced chili and diced garlic cloves in oil, add wine, water or Fund, lemon slices & peppercorns, let bed sheet Cook about 15 minutes.
