To prepare the Freshly caught trout on grill recipe, please follow these instructions:
Rinse the trout, but keep the head. Take an appropriate amount of cucumber salad, fresh lemon juice, salt and pepper and fill this in the fish. Wrap the stuffed fish into 2 layers of staniol and place it on a hot grill and flip the after 10-12 minutes, depending on size, and give it even 10-12 min on the other side. Tag the fish and let it rest for five minutes.
Server with accessories according to taste. Seasonal vegetables may be recommended.
Tips:
Can be made in the oven, but grill is preferable.
