Ingredients for Fresh rolls

Cucumber
Avocado
Fresh cilantro (other fresh herbs can also be used)
Garam masala spice
Carrots
Garlic
Peanuts unsalted, in shell
Cold smoked salmon
Chicken
Noodles
Plum sauce (chilli sauce and mango chutney can also be used)
Shrimp in brine or frozen
Rice paper approx. 20 cm in diameter
Soy sauce

Instructions for Fresh rolls

To prepare the Fresh rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:

The chicken was roasted with Garam Masala. If you have chosen frozen prawns they are also roasted with Garam Masala. If not boil and fry the portion of the noodles to be rolled with the spicy fish.

The peanuts are heated on a dry for a few minutes. After that, they are quenched in the mortar with garlic and soy to taste.
