Ingredients for Fresh chicken

½ | tsp | Salt |
1 | tsp | Fresh chopped Basil |
1 | clove | Garlic |
1 | dl | Semi-skimmed milk |
1/3 | tsp | Freshly ground black pepper |
1-2 | tbsp | Butter or margarine |
2 | Carrots | |
2 | tsp | Corn flour |
2 | tbsp | Grated parmesan |
2 | Squash | |
4 | Pieces of chicken breast à 90-100 g |
Instructions for Fresh chicken
To prepare the Fresh chicken recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dip the chicken pieces dry. Heat the grease on a pan, preferably with teflon coating. Brown the chicken pieces into the fat and leave them stiff until they are fully cooked. Take the meat up and keep it warm. Press white on the forehead. Peel the carrots. Cut carrots and squash into strips. Stir the vegetables on the forehead at low heat until they are tender, about 5 min.
Mix milk, maizena, basil, salt and peppers in a small bowl. Pour it over the vegetables on the forehead, let it all get a boil so it smooths.
Put the chicken on top of the vegetables. Season with pepper and make it all warm. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over, and serve.
