Luke water and yeast are stirred together. The other ingredients are added and the dough is well kneaded. Set for lifting a tight spot for approx. 1 hour.
The dough is cut down and divided into 3 parts, each rolled to a sausage in the baking sheet length. Replies to the plate approx. 45 min.
