Instructions for French calf row
To prepare the French calf row recipe, please follow these instructions:
Step the meat on the forehead until it's tender. Season with salt and pepper. Add the sliced carrots, beans and mushrooms. Mix flour, broth and water and pour over the meat and vegetables. Give the mixture a boil. Add cream, spices and pearls. Season with salt.
Served for example. With boiled potatoes or rice and bread.
