Instructions for French butter cream
To prepare the French butter cream recipe, please follow these instructions:
Boil a syrup of sugar and water to the soft ball stage. Whisk eggs and yolks well with electric beater. Pour the syrup into the eggs in a thin beam along the edge of the basin, while there continue to be whipped. Whip to the mixture was light and creamy.
Beat the butter in a little at a time. Make all the time to the butter will be whipped into the eggs, before more is added. Whisk in vanilla.
The cream can stay a few days in the fridge.
