To prepare the French Berberi Year in Dijon Sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

The thighs are browned in oil together with two cloves of garlic. Carrots, peppercorns and thyme leaves are added and the whole is covered with cold water. Boil under lid for approx. 1 hour.

The thighs are taken up and placed in a dish. The bayonet is sieved and boiled down to 2 dl. Seasoned with French dijonsennep and butter. The sauce is poured over the thighs.
