Instructions for French apricot pie
To prepare the French apricot pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Sift flour and salt. Add the butter to the bites and knead it into the flour with your fingers - your hands are often too hot. Add the sugar. When the dough can be rolled out, it is ready. It may be put in the fridge, but then wrap in foil to keep moist. Wipe the dough into the pie. Push it well up the rim. Stir in the surface with a fork and sprinkle a little flour on top. Place the apricots with the outside upwards - they are left over, so pour some of the layers on. Dry if necessary. With flourishes. Put the pie in a preheated oven and leave for half an hour at approx. 175 °. When the pie is being baked, the apricot marmalade is melted into a saucepan. Immediately when the pie is out of the oven it is glazed with the marmalade. Just hot cold, like hot.
