Instructions for French apple pie I
To prepare the French apple pie I recipe, please follow these instructions:
Flour and baking soda are sifted together. Cold milk is chopped in. Eggs and sugar are stirred for egg scrap, with which the dough is collected. Set cool 1/2 hour.
The dough is rolled out and a pie form approx. 24 cm. In diameter clad with it. Peeled, cut apples are distributed on the bottom.
Bake in preheated oven 15 min. At 225 degrees C. alm. oven.
The macros are crushed with a baking roll, mixed with sugar and stirred with the egg. The cream is mixed in. The pulp is poured over the apples.
The cake is now baked approx. 45 min. At 150 degrees C. alm. Oven until the egg mass is stiffened.
Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or cream fraiche.
