| 0.5 | tsp | Bicarbonate of soda |
| 1 | Eggs | |
| 1 | tsp | Vaniliesukker |
| 100 | g | Chopped almonds/hazelnuts/etc |
| 125 | g | Soft unsalted butter |
| 200 | g | Dark chocolate (ca. 50% cocoa) |
| 200 | g | Dark brown sugar |
| 250 | g | Wheat flour |

To prepare the Freja's cookies! recipe, please follow these instructions:
Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius.
Chop the chocolate according to the size of the sockets desired. Mix butter with egg and dough. Add flour, soda, vanilla rolls, nuts and chocolate. Mix well until you get a smooth and firm cake. Make them look like cookies, use if necessary. a cup. Cookies must have approx. 10 minutes!
