Instructions for Freddys Girard's lemon pie
To prepare the Freddys Girard's lemon pie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Mix flour and sugar and finely divided fat into the mixture. Add eggs and work the dough quickly together. Let the dough rest cold. Pour the juice out of the lemons and the orange. Whip egg, egg yolk, juice, cream and sugar to an airy mass. Squeeze the tenderloin into a pie shaped loose bottom, about 24 cm in diameter. Tap the base and bag it at 200 degrees for about 10 minutes. Remove the pieskall and pour the lemon in. Slow the heat to 180 degrees and behind the pie for about 20 minutes or until the cream is stiff. Peel the lemons into garnish and cut it in both. Lay the boats in a nice pattern on the pie and sieve the flour on it. Put the pie under the grill for a moment, so the surface becomes weak golden. Let the pie cool and transfer to a serving dish.
