Instructions for Francis Bread
To prepare the Francis Bread recipe, please follow these instructions:
The yeast is spread out in lukewarm water and melted margarine or 1 dl. Oil is added. The liquid and the flour were cooked to a uniform and smooth dough. It raises the cover for 30 minutes.
Divide the dough into 2 and form for French bread and let them adhere to a warm place for another 30 minutes.
They are scratched and brushed with a little water or egg and baked for approx. 40 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius. Furnace on the second row.
tips:
If you want a sponge, you can put a fried dish in the bottom of the oven with water under the baking.
