0.5tspVinegar
100gRoughly chopped dark chocolate
150gSugar
2tbspWheat flour
2.5dlWhipped cream
200gMarzipan
300gFresh sommerbær URf.eks. Strawberry-Raspberry-Blueberry-currant-blackcurrant-BlackBerry
4Egg whites

Instructions for Fragilite with summer brush

To prepare the Fragilite with summer brush recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg whites stiff. Whip half of the sugar for a little while.
Turn the rest of the sugar and vinegar in and whip until it is completely stiff.
Peel the marcipan in the marlin, add flour and flip it quickly.
Wide the marlin on a baking sheet with baking paper approx. 22 x 30 cm.
Bag it for approx. 45 min. At 125 degrees.
Turn it over to a new piece of baking paper and pull the other. Cool the cake.
Whip the cream of whipped cream and spread it on the cake.
Sprinkle with chocolate and berries.
Let it pull a little before rolling it into a roulade, making it easier to roll.
Serve immediately.
