Ingredients for Foam Cake

1.25 | dl | Milk |
1.5 | tsp | Baking soda |
100 | g | Desiccated coconut |
100 | g | Sugar |
125 | g | Butter |
2 | Egg yolk | |
250 | g | Wheat flour |
Instructions for Foam Cake
To prepare the Foam Cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir the butter, which should have room temperature, good with sugar & amp; vanilla sugar. Get the egg yolks in one at a time. Stir milk and flour in. Mix the flour with the baking soda and turn it into the dough poured into a frying pan (about A4 size) lined with baking paper. Pour the cake in the middle of a 175ºC hot oven for 25 minutes. Meanwhile whites are whipped stiff. Then whip sugar & amp; Coconut flour. Butter the mixture on top of the cake (when baked for 25 minutes). Set the temperature down to 150º C and bake the cake for another 20-30 minutes. Cut the cake into squares when it is cold.
tips:
Variants: Place a layer of ribs jelly / blackcurrant jam / raspberry jam (just be very tasty) between the cake and the skim.
Add 2-2½ tablespoons of cocoa powder to the dough and place the pineapple sauce between the foam and the cake (1 almond pineapple minus the juice, well chopped). Possibly half of the milk can be replaced by cold, strong coffee.
