Instructions for Florentinerkager
To prepare the Florentinerkager recipe, please follow these instructions:
Stir sugar and egg yolks foaming. Mix lemon peel, raisins and flour. Whip the egg whites stiff of folding them into the dough, put on a baking sheet with baking paper, with 2 teaspoons. Bake the cakes in a hot oven at 200 degrees for approx. 12 minutes. Melt the chocolate over the water bath. Fill a parchment cream house with a very small hole and decorate the cakes very easily when cooled.
