Instructions for Flan Parisien
To prepare the Flan Parisien recipe, please follow these instructions:
Divide the fat into pieces and put it in a kitchen machine. Add wheat flour, sugar and egg and drive it all to a smooth dough. Pour the dough and leave it cold for ½-1 hour. Roll the dough on a flour plate to a round plate, about 30 cm in diameter. Place it on an unsweetened plate or a plate of baking paper. Tap it with a fork. Peel the apples, divide them and remove the core house. Cut them into thin slices and put them in a nice pattern on the entire cake bottom. Melt the grease, brush over the apples and sprinkle with sugar. Bake the cake at 225 degrees on the bottom groove for about 20 minutes until the apples are tender and the bottom is baked. Hot apricot marmalade and calvados. Brush the marmalade over the hot cake and serve it warmly.
