Pour the maltole into a bowl, add the yeast and stir well. Add oil and salt.
Then add 2/3 part of the flour and add the rest gently until the dough is fine. Bring the dough well through, and set it aside.

Let the dough raise under a tea cloth and like an hour or more. Form the flute in small, beautiful pieces. Put them on a baking sheet and allow them to rise for 15 minutes. Bake in preheated oven (200 degrees) about 15 minutes. Use eggs for brushing or water.
