150gMushroom
150gShrimp
2largeTomatoes
250gCauliflower
3dlWhite wine
8Plaice fillets

To prepare the Fisheries, Elses recipe, please follow these instructions:

Fish:
The plaice fillets are rolled from head to tail with the benzide out. Put in an ovenproof dish with lid. Distribute peas, quail mushrooms, small cauliflower bouquets, tomato and shrimp over plaice fillets. Season with salt and pepper. Fresh dill cut over the court.

sauce:
White wine, butter, dijon mustard and mangochutney are boiled together and poured over the dish.

Place at the bottom of the oven at full heat 250-275 degrees, for approx. 35 minutes.
