To prepare the Filo rolls with chorizo recipe, please follow these instructions:
Chop the sausage fine and stir it with cheese and cream fraiche. Cut the fillet of 16 squares (10x10 cm) of the 8-square-meter spread and brush the edges with melted butter. Lay a piece of filodej over each and roll them diagonally to small cigar tubes. Brush the joint with melted butter and cut the tubes over the middle.
