2.5 | dl | Crème fraiche 38% |
5 | dl | Vegetable broth |
50 | g | Butter |
600 | g | Plaice fillet |
70 | g | Tomato puree. concentrated |
8 | Shallots |

To prepare the Filled plaice rolls in tomato-cream sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:
Butter the fillets with the mustard and add chopped parsley and half the finely chopped onion and garlic over. Tires each fillet with a slice of letstegt bacon, there must not be crisp. Roll the fillets and hold them together with toothpicks or small skewers.
Sauté the rest of onion and garlic lightly. Stir in tomato puree and pour broth through out. Add the sour cream and season with salt and pepper. Style fish rollers in the sauce and let simmer 7-8 my court. under the lid.
Serve the plaice rollers with fresh pasta or wild rice.
