Instructions for Filled pineapple with fromage
To prepare the Filled pineapple with fromage recipe, please follow these instructions:
Slice the 3 pineapples along and remove the center strings. Cut the pineapple meat from the skull. Cut it into small cubes and put them in the shells. Distribute liqueur over.
Fromage:
Place the house block in soft in cold water for approx. 5 min. Whip egg yolks and icing sugar airy. Pull the house block with the water that is attached. Melt it in a water bath. Cool the house blossom with orange juice and liqueur and stir it in the eggs. Whip the cream stiff and gently turn it into the egg yolks. Distribute the semi-slice of mustard over half the pineapple, which is set cold.
Garnish:
Cut the orange peel into very thin strips and boil them in water and sugar, approx. 5 min. Take them up and let them dry. Decorate with the orange strips at the serving.
tips:
Instead of orange lentils, freshly squeezed orange juice may be used.
