200 | g | Soft nougat |
500 | g | Pure raw marzipan |
Instructions for Filled doughnut cake
To prepare the Filled doughnut cake recipe, please follow these instructions:
Knead marcipanen with sugar, almond flour and egg white. -Portion dough into 20 pieces and roll them out to rectangles on 5 x 7 cm. cut 20 identical rods of nougat and put one on each rectangle. -Fold the dough around and close the ends carefully. Form into 3-rimmed, straight doughnut pieces Bake at 220o in 7-8 minutes to the surface is golden, but nougaten has not yet begun to flow out. Allow to cool and garnish with icing.
May, by serving cut through to half, so one can see the filling, or stacked 2 on 2, rotated 90o-to a square Tower.
