To prepare the Figure Cakes recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop wheat flour, sugar and fat together in a dish. Add the egg. Lightly dough the dough. Leave the dough to rest for about 30 minutes. In a cold place.

Roll the dough to a 2-3 mm thick plate. Stick out the figures with different shape shapes.

Brush with egg and sprinkle with pearly sugar. Bring the cakes on a coated baking sheet.

Bake in the oven at 175 degrees C. alm. Oven for 8-10 minutes.
