1 | tbsp | Oatmeal, finvalsede |
1 | tsp | Salt |
2.5 | dl | Water |
200 | g | Rye flour, wholemeal |
400 | g | Wheat flour |
50 | g | Yeast |
50 | g | Oat bran. Danish |

To prepare the Fiber trim bread-Fibertrimbrød recipe, please follow these instructions:
Dissolve yeast in water in a large bowl. Add sour milk and all the other ingredients and knead it thoroughly together it may be slightly sticky. Let dough raise covered in a warm place 60 minutes.
Knead the dough well through and shape it into a loaf of bread and it came in a sliplet form. Brush with buttermilk and sprinkle oatmeal over. Let it raise for 30 minutes.
Bake it at 200 degrees (C) 45 minutes.
Remove the bread when it is baked out of the mold and let it cool on rack. First, cut into slices once it is completely cooled.
