Instructions for Festive cookie
To prepare the Festive cookie recipe, please follow these instructions:
Melt the butter and stir the milk, the liquid must be lukewarm, about 37 degrees C. Stir the yeast into the warm wet and whip egg. Mix the sugar and flour and knead the dough well together. Let the dough rise for 20 minutes.
Divide the dough into three parts - two large and one smaller. Roll out the largest pieces approx. 20x40 cm. And the smallest part about 20x25 cm (roll from the long side).
Stir the remonce together with grease and dough and spread it on the dough pieces. Roll them together as to roulade.
Use the smallest part for the hoof and the other two parts, such as upper body and arms, and lower body and legs. Repeat the cookie for 20 minutes.
Brush with egg and behind the baking dish approx. 20 minutes at 200 degrees C. alm. oven. Let the cake swell on a grate.
Stir the icing of icing cream and boiling water in each bowl instead of colored blackberry, fruit color can be used.
Decorate the cake with icing and different candies.
