Fenneikel
Honey
Mint
Pepper
Salt

1tspFinely grated lemon zest

Instructions for Fennel/Apple Salad

To prepare the Fennel/Apple Salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Halve the actual bulbs, cut the stalk off and cut the rest very thinly with a sharp knife or a grater.
Wash 1 Apple, part it in half and remove the seed cell, cut the Apple in the same way.

Stir dressing together by 1 tsp. finely grated lemon zest, 1 tbsp. Lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper.

Turn the fennel and Apple in the dressing and serve on 2 plates. Sprinkle with finely chopped fennikeltop and mint and serve as an accompaniment or as an appetizer with a little bread.
